Scope and controller

This policy explains how information is used when visiting the GreBotics website and contacting us. Legal information for inquiry processing is in the Personal Data Notice, and browser storage choices are in the Cookie Policy.

What information do we receive?

We use information you enter in contact, R&D, product and partnership forms. Required fields are indicated; optional fields such as phone may be left blank. Connection, request and admin-session data may be processed for security and technical operation. Optional visitor analytics runs only when you permit it and the tool is configured.

How do we use information?

We use information to answer questions, assess suitable solutions, conduct technical and offer discussions, follow up partnership requests and keep the site secure. Analytics reports help us understand content use and improve the site. Analytics is not combined with personal inquiry records; form contents are not sent to analytics tools.

Advertising and commercial messages

This site does not use advertising cookies, Meta Pixel or retargeting tools. Submitting a form does not subscribe you to advertising emails. Replies concerning an inquiry form part of product or project discussions. If a separate commercial messaging service is introduced, required permission is obtained separately.

Recipients and international service providers

Authorised GreBotics staff assessing your inquiry and hosting, email and infrastructure providers may access data within their duties. Information may be shared with competent authorities when legally required and with legal advisers when necessary to protect a right. Personal data is not sold to advertising companies.

Inquiry, R&D and partnership forms on this site are sent through Web3Forms. On submission, form fields and technical request information are processed by that service and delivered to GreBotics by email. When Google Analytics is configured and analytics permission is granted, Google may process analytics data. International transfers are subject to the applicable conditions and safeguards under Article 9 of Law No. 6698. Cookie acceptance is not a blanket permission for other processing activities or international transfers.

Retention, deletion and security

Data is kept for the period needed to respond to an inquiry and conduct discussions, or for legally required periods where contractual or statutory obligations arise. Records required to protect a right may be retained within relevant limitation periods. When the processing purpose and legal basis cease, data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised. Access to inquiry records and administration is restricted by role. Admin session cookies use HttpOnly and SameSite protections and Secure on HTTPS. Encrypted connections, access controls and abuse prevention protect data transmission. The form provider’s retention and deletion practices are also governed by its policy.

Cookies and preference controls

On the first visit, continue with essential cookies, accept all current categories or choose functional and analytics categories independently. Tools that lack permission do not load in the background. Change your choice using Cookie Preferences at the bottom of any page.

External links and data sharing

Clicking WhatsApp and map links takes you to the relevant service and its policies apply. Map embeds or social-media tracking code do not load automatically on page opening. Do not include identity, health, banking or other sensitive information unnecessary for your inquiry.

Your rights and policy updates

Exercise your information, correction, deletion and other rights using the methods in the Personal Data Notice. Documents are updated if purposes, recipients or optional services change; new permission is requested where required. The update date is shown on this page.
