AI-assisted compost machines that identify biological phases through sensor data. Bring natural conversion into a controlled process with 250, 500 and 1000 litre single-chamber options.

A compost machine processes suitable organic waste biologically under controlled conditions. Grebotics S72 shreds accepted material and processes it in a single chamber. Temperature, moisture, gas and heat-balance data guide AI-assisted biological phase control. The 250, 500 and 1000 L models are developed for industrial use and manufactured at Sakarya Teknokent, Türkiye.

Through bacterial life-cycle optimisation. Time depends on feedstock and process conditions; necessary maturation is assessed separately.
Processes in windrow compost facilities can extend to around six months depending on feedstock and site conditions. We accelerate transformation while preserving natural biological methods, optimising bacterial life cycles by managing temperature, moisture, oxygen and mixing together.
An active composting period that can be reduced to 72 hours through bacterial life-cycle optimisation under suitable feedstock and process conditions.
These times refer to the active composting stage. Necessary maturation, stability and quality assessment are planned separately for the material and its intended use.
250LA fully automatic organic waste processing system with 250 litre capacity.
500LAn industrial system with 500 litre capacity for regular organic waste streams.
1000LAn industrial system with 1000 litre capacity for high-volume organic waste operations.
250, 500 and 1000 L describe single-chamber volume. Daily processing is an average based on the typical 72-hour cycle; the chamber is loaded at the start of each cycle. We select a suitable model with you based on your waste stream.
A well-planned workflow comes first. Collection, processing and output assessment are parts of one system.
01Suitable organic residues are collected separately in kitchens and service areas, removing packaging and foreign materials.
02The internal double-shaft shredder prepares organic material for processing. Collection and feeding follow the facility’s daily workflow.
03Sensor data identifies the biological phase; temperature, air and mixing conditions are managed to support microbial activity.
04Output quality and suitability are assessed. Recovery is completed with a plan for the material’s next use.
GreBotics S72 does not operate from a single temperature value. It evaluates sensor data and heat balance together, identifies the bacterial phase and manages conditions that support the microbial life cycle.
Gas readings are assessed alongside biological activity.
Temperature changes in the organic material are monitored.
The relationship between material and its process environment is tracked.
Water balance for biological conversion is evaluated.

Sensor data + heat balance + process changes
Air management is considered together with biological activity and heat balance.
The difference between supplied and removed heat is interpreted alongside process data.
Operating parameters are managed according to material processing conditions.
The aim is not to keep the chamber continuously hotter. The system interprets temperature and moisture alongside gas data and heat exchange, basing decisions on changes in the biological process rather than one instantaneous reading.
Natural biological methods are preserved. With suitable feedstock and operating conditions, bacterial life-cycle optimisation can reduce active composting to 72 hours. Curing and suitability for use are assessed separately.
Explore compost microbiology ↗
Microorganisms begin using readily degradable organic compounds, initiating biological activity.
Microbial activity increases heat production. Changing temperature, moisture and gas data are evaluated together.
Heat-adapted microorganisms become active. Aeration, heat and mixing conditions are managed to support biological activity.
Biological activity changes as readily degradable nutrients decline. The control system adjusts operating parameters to the changing process requirements.
Heat production decreases, and microorganisms active at lower temperatures become prominent again.
Following active processing, the output proceeds to curing and quality assessment as required for its intended use.
The stages do not follow fixed time intervals; they vary with feedstock composition and process conditions. The AI-assisted control system evaluates sensor data to manage operating conditions at each stage. Curing is assessed separately from the stated active composting period.
The cloud data collection system brings machine process and operating data into monthly reports. Indicators include energy use, process data and estimated carbon benefit. Measured energy and calculated carbon estimates are distinguished.

We prepare a Grebotics S72 compost machine quotation around your waste volume, site conditions and equipment needs. We plan the model, installation and data services together.
Plan a level load-bearing concrete floor, sheltered space, loading access and maintenance clearance.
Verify the model-specific 400 V, three-phase, 50 Hz requirement. The machine runs without a flue using activated carbon and water filters with a deodoriser; noise is at most 85 dB. The technical team reviews connections and safe access.
Establish separation, mixture, loading, alarm review, discharge and routine cleaning procedures at start-up. The machine is loaded at the start of each cycle and discharged roughly every 72 hours; no operator tasks are needed other than loading.
We provide a standard 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. An optional annual maintenance agreement and an optional fully extended warranty covering user error are available. We offer remote support and on-site visits throughout Türkiye.

Product demonstration: feedstock preparation through shredding, the single-chamber system and process automation are shown. Field application: suitable organic residues are loaded, shredded and processed biologically. Intermediate sampling illustrates the process and output; it is not a customer operating step. The final section shows automatic discharge.

Suitable organic residues are separated, prepared by the shredder and processed biologically in a single chamber. GreBotics S72 evaluates temperature, moisture, gas and heat-balance data together to manage phase-specific parameters.
It describes active composting that can be reduced to 72 hours under suitable conditions through bacterial life-cycle optimisation. Feedstock and feeding schedules affect the result. Curing and quality assessment are planned separately before use.
No, these figures are single-chamber volumes. AI determines when each cycle is complete, and in our experience a cycle averages 72 hours. Average daily processing is therefore about 80 L for the 250 L model, about 165 L for the 500 L model and about 330 L for the 1000 L model. Feedstock and process conditions affect the duration.
We prepare your quotation around waste quantity, site conditions and equipment needs. Our pricing page explains model selection, installation and service options.
Consumption depends on the feedstock. In our experience, average draw is about 30% of installed power: about 2.4 kW for the S72L250F, 4.5 kW for the S72L500F and 7.5 kW for the S72KL1F. Actual energy use is measured in the cloud system and shown in monthly reports.
Access process data, energy use and estimated carbon benefit indicators through the cloud. All data connections and monthly reports are free for the first year with machine purchase.
The S72 series is designed to run odour-free without a flue, using activated carbon filters, water filters and a deodoriser. Noise is at most 85 dB, which is taken into account in placement planning.
No. The machine works in batches: the chamber is loaded at the start of a cycle, nothing is added during the cycle, and it is discharged at the end, roughly every 72 hours. No operator tasks are needed other than loading. Holding waste between cycles is planned at commissioning.
Feedstocks differ in water, carbon and nitrogen balance. Structural material and mixture requirements are assessed for the actual input. The mixture is adjusted to the water, carbon and nitrogen balance of the feedstock.
Remove glass, metal, plastic and packaging. Exclude hard materials outside the specification, such as wood, bovine bones and coconuts. Follow the model procedure for acceptable food waste and size limits.
Volume is reduced by 70–80%. The output can be used in gardens and landscaping, and as a soil improver after curing. Any curing and quality assessment needed for the intended use are planned separately.
