Active composting time depends on feedstock, moisture, temperature and feeding arrangements. The S72 series identifies the bacterial phase using sensor data and manages process parameters with AI assistance. Any necessary maturation and quality assessment are completed separately before use. The right waste. The right operating conditions.
Supported waste
Suitable organic food waste. The catalogue excludes hard or shelled materials such as wood, bovine bones and coconut.
Installation location
A level concrete floor; indoors or under rain-protected shelter. Access, service clearance and handling plans require a site assessment.
Infrastructure
The technical electrical specification is 400 V, three phase, 50 Hz. The machine is designed to operate without a flue, using activated carbon and water filters with a deodoriser. The technical team verifies the electrical connection and placement before installation.
Let’s determine capacity together on site.
Lower-volume organic waste streams: about 80 L/day on average. Capacity cannot be selected only by industry or headcount. Daily volume, waste composition and operating patterns are assessed together.
250 litre single chamber. Controlled biological processing.
Which flow suits this model?
Lower-volume organic waste streams. Average daily processing is about 80 L. The chamber is loaded at the start of a cycle and discharged roughly every 72 hours; nothing is added during the cycle. The daily figure therefore does not mean waste can be added every day. Holding waste between cycles is covered in site planning.
AI-assisted control
Gases, compost and chamber temperatures, moisture and heat balance are assessed together. The system identifies the biological phase and manages settings supporting bacterial life cycles. AI determines when the cycle is complete; in our experience it averages 72 hours. Curing is assessed separately.
Cloud system and monthly reports
Installed power is 8 kW; this is not constant consumption. In our experience, average draw is about 30% of installed power (2.4 kW) and varies with the feedstock. The cloud system collects operating and process data. Monthly reports include energy and estimated carbon indicators. Data connections and reports are free in the first year with machine purchase.
